The Director, Sponsorship Sales will develop, plan, manage and deliver the sponsorship initiatives of Digitizer Group and its founders, focusing on developing successful relationships with Corporate sponsors, conducting sponsorship negotiations and positioning the benefits of sponsoring the campaign program.

Proposal Writing Consultant Digitizer Group is a Business Solutions firm based in The Currently we are looking for a talented Proposal Writing Consultant to architect winning sponsorship proposal campaigns targeting Fortune 500 and Non-profit organizations, in order to engage them into a global publication and speaking events of the company launching in March of 2009. The Role The Proposal Writing Consultant is a mission-critical role for our company. The incumbent will create compelling proposals and submit them electronically via the submission portals of Fortune 500 and Non-profit organizations in Canada and the U.S., as well as Internationally. The sponsorship proposal campaigns will involve, but will not be limited to the following: 1) preparing a detailed description of the sponsorship and partnership initiatives of Digitizer Group, its founders and campaign participants; 2) researching the target market and its demographics; 3) writing compelling surveys for the target market; 4) developing alliances with business intelligence, market research and statistical analysis firms locally, nationally and internationally, in order to collect accurate data on sponsoring organizations; 5) researching sponsorship strategies and business goals of the sponsoring organizations and aligning our campaign message with their strategic sponsorship initiatives; 6) implementing best practices in calculating ROI for sponsoring organizations and presenting this data in a convincing fashion; 7) develop successful relationships with Corporate sponsors, Non-profit organizations and our Sales stuff; 8) create detailed Sponsorship agreements outlining the roles and responsibilities of the parties involved in successful implementation of the campaign and verbalizing the benefits of participation to sponsoring organizations; 9) consulting and coaching internal sponsorship Sales team members on conducting successful sponsorship negotiations and positioning the benefits of sponsoring our campaign program, in order to win Sponsorship agreements and establish long-term partnerships with sponsoring organizations. The Candidate We are looking for talented, insightful, detail-oriented and outgoing Proposal Writing professionals with a verifiable track record of writing winning sponsorship proposals and sponsorship agreements and presenting them to Fortune 500 and Non-profit organizations. Analytical thinking, combined with thorough and creative approach to proposal writing a must. Outstanding communication and interaction skills required. Experience in mentoring and coaching other team members in sharing your engagement knowledge and expertise preferred.
